easy process fantastic communication friendly staff good facilities
the process was easy and the communication was fantastic i found the staff friendly and helpful the hotel was also really quiet the facilities seemed good to me. i had a smooth and hassle-free experience as a result of the great communication from the host the room itself felt spacious, clean, and well equipped. the bathrooms impressed me with their cleanliness and modern style furthermore, the kitchen facilities matched this standard.

the kitchen felt massive, equipped with two cookers and ovens, a microwave, and two sinks the kitchen's setting area definitely added to the experience, making it better than i anticipated.

I found the staff helpful giving clear access instructions. the room was large and well-equipped. The mattress seemed like memory foam. a big tv, desk, chair, sofa, and wardrobe were provided. the bathrooms were excellent and the shower was a good size for me.
i noticed a smoke smell on the ground floor, though i am a non-smoker.

The building is about a mile from utilita arena. street parking was available right outside, simplifying arrival and departure. This makes access easy. the location suited my needs very well.

I appreciated the responsive management staff. I contacted the helpline after I forgot my jacket in the room. They had found it and guided me to its location. This was very helpful because there was no staff on site in the evening. I am grateful for the support I received from the staff.
The glass panels in the walls and door were blacked out. This detail. It seemed to be a mix of residential, student, and airbnb style accommodation. The hotel is on an industrial estate.

empty dispenser lack of blackout blinds
The room was spacious, satisfactory.
I FOUND the shared toilets needed more attention. They were not very clean. Soap dispensers were often empty. noise from other guests slamming doors late at night was disruptive. The lack of blackout blinds made it hard to sleep past sunrise.

large room modern appliance exquisite furniture
the room size was quite large. i had a fridge, a clothes dryer, flat iron, and hair dryer at my disposal. supplementary coffees, teas and milk plus sugar were available. furniture in the room was exquisite.
each floor had only two communal toilets. they were available for all guests. this arrangement caused minor inconveniences.

The room was very spacious. It had comfy beds. The room included a fridge. I could access to a kitchen which was a very nice bonus.
The shared bathroom was a little far from the room.
